Westerly Canteen is a Hudson Valley-based “sort of restaurant” housed in a 1971 Airstream, bringing full-service dining into fields, farms, and other bucolic landscapes. Rooted in the traditions of agritourism, we transform agricultural spaces into immersive dining experiences—ranging from playful à la carte pop-ups to elegant, seated dinners and private events.

With a mobile, design-forward kitchen and a commitment to seasonal cooking, we work in close collaboration with farmers, producers, and makers to curate menus that reflect both place and occasion.

Westerly is all about collaborating with friends, connecting in nature, and cooking delicious, abundant feasts that are expressive of our surroundings.

Inspired by years of cooking in California, the aperitivo culture of Italy, and the cave à manger tradition in France, our menus are constantly evolving, shaped by the seasons and the community we’re proud to be a part of.

All of our produce, meat, seafood, dairy, and drink are sourced from local producers whose values align with our own.

Westerly canteen is ever evolving.
