We aim to break down the literal and imagined walls of traditional restaurants to engage diners with their surroundings – where their food and drink comes from and the people who grow, prepare and serve it.

We love to park our airstream and turn an unconventional location in to our very own sort-of restaurant. For our summer 2026 residency, book reservations via email.

One day or short-term appearances at the homes of some of our favorite fellow small businesses in the Hudson Valley. No tickets needed!
Farm Dinners
Farm dinners are in Westerly Canteen’s DNA. Long table feasts hosted by the friends that grow our favorite seasonal products. Ticketed events where guests can linger and intimately experience the places where their food and drink comes from.
Private Events
Parties large and small! We are thrilled to work with folks to bring our Westerly ethos to any gathering.
