From popups to weddings, birthdays to book launches, we’re always down for a party. As we search for our permanent home, we are prioritizing these special events for the 2025 season.

With an intentional balance of high-low offerings — from playful a la carte popups to elegant, seated dinners — our service style closes the gaps between where our food is grown, prepared, and enjoyed. We are currently available for a wide range of event types and sizes, and are happy to come to you (with or without airstream in tow!) and create a custom menu that features our favorite seasonal Hudson Valley fare.
